1. Refund Eligibility:

   • You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within the first 2 days from the course start date.

2. Refund Request Process:

   • To request a refund, please email us at support@logicbox.ac with your request and the reason for the refund.

   • Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of your request.

3. Eligible Refund Amounts:

   • If you request a refund within the first 2 days of the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

   • Refund requests made after the first 2 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

   • Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.

5. Refund Method:

   • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Course Materials Access:

   • Upon processing your refund, your access to course materials and resources will be revoked.

7. Special Circumstances:

   • We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you believe your situation merits special consideration for a refund outside the policy's terms, please contact us with a detailed explanation, and we will review your request.
